Attending a taping of a TV show is a good way to experience the entertainment industry. Search online for information on how to go about securing tickets to your favorite game show, sitcom or talk show. If you cannot secure tickets, go on a studio tour to get a behind the scenes look at your favorite show.

Sports fans have several choices to choose from. The area offers professional football, baseball and basketball teams. Professional golf, volleyball and tennis associations also hold tournaments during the year. Further, Top-level collegiate competition is held at several area universities. Take a trip to a museum. There are several different kinds of museums throughout the region.
